DISTANCE SALES PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION FORM

1. PARTIES

This Pre-Contractual Information Form has been prepared in relation to distance sales transactions conducted electronically between the Seller identified below and the Buyer placing an order through www.campcity.com.tr.

Before completing the order, the Buyer is informed about the product, sales price, payment, delivery, returns, and right of withdrawal conditions.

3. BUYER INFORMATION

The Buyer's name and surname or business name, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, and email address consist of the information provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing an order is accurate and complete. Delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information shall be assessed in accordance with applicable law.

4. PRODUCT AND ORDER DETAILS

The name, type, model, quantity, color and other specifications, if applicable, sales price, total price including applicable taxes, delivery charges, and payment details of the products subject to the order are stated in the order summary and checkout screen.

Product Price: The amount displayed in the order summary.

Shipping and Delivery Fee: The amount calculated according to the delivery address, product weight and dimensions, shipping method, and destination country.

Taxes and Other Charges: The amounts displayed during checkout or required under applicable law.

Total Order Amount: The total amount displayed on the checkout screen.

The Buyer should review the product and pricing information before confirming the order.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

The order amount is collected using one of the payment methods available on the CAMP CITY website at checkout.

Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or other payment methods may be used only if the relevant option is available during the ordering process.

Processing of the order is subject to successful completion of the payment and, where necessary, verification of the payment.

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Orders are prepared according to product availability and any special production or delivery period specified on the product page. Products in stock are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. If a different preparation or delivery period is specified on the product page, that period shall apply.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, destination country, shipping method, customs procedures, and local distribution conditions.

For international shipments, delays may occur due to customs inspections, import procedures, or local delivery processes. The impact of such procedures on delivery shall be assessed in accordance with the practices of the relevant country and applicable law.

7. SHIPPING FEES, CUSTOMS DUTIES, AND OTHER CHARGES

Shipping and delivery fees are calculated according to the contents of the order, product weight and dimensions, delivery address, and shipping conditions. The applicable shipping fee is displayed at checkout or communicated to the Buyer before the order is finalized.

For international orders, shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other local charges that may be imposed in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

These charges may vary according to the legislation and customs procedures of the destination country. The Buyer should check the applicable import and customs requirements in their country before placing an order.

The Seller's obligations under applicable law remain unaffected.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

For transactions to which Turkish consumer legislation applies, a Buyer acting as a consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the exceptions provided under applicable legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must clearly notify the Seller of their decision within the applicable period. Before returning a product, the Buyer should contact [email protected] to obtain information about the return procedure and return address.

The withdrawal and return rights of Buyers located outside Türkiye shall be assessed in accordance with the legislation applicable to the order and any mandatory consumer protection provisions in the relevant country. Nothing in this form is intended to restrict rights that cannot be waived or excluded under applicable law.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal and the applicable return conditions shall be governed by the relevant legislation.

9. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For returns involving defective or faulty products, responsibility for return shipping costs shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case. Before sending a return, the Buyer should contact the Seller for instructions on the return procedure and shipping address.

For products that are not defective or faulty, where the right of withdrawal is exercised, return shipping costs shall be determined in accordance with applicable law and the return conditions communicated to the Buyer before the order was placed.

For international returns, international shipping fees, customs procedures, and other related charges shall be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the conditions communicated to the parties in advance. Costs that the Seller is legally required to bear shall not be transferred to the Buyer.

10. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal may not be available for certain products falling within the exceptions specified by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by the relevant legislation, these exceptions may include:

Products made to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalized.
Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Products that are sealed and unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.
Other products that fall within applicable statutory exceptions due to their nature.

This list is provided for general information purposes. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal shall be assessed according to the product and the legislation applicable to the order. The Buyer's statutory rights concerning defective products remain unaffected.

11. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY

If a delivered product is defective, faulty, or does not conform to the specifications of the order, the Buyer may exercise the rights available under applicable law.

In such cases, the Buyer may contact the Seller at [email protected] and provide the relevant product details and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

Any warranty period and warranty conditions specified on the product page, in a warranty certificate, or in documents supplied with the product shall apply accordingly. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided by the Buyer during ordering, payment, delivery, and customer service processes may be processed in accordance with applicable law and the purposes described in CAMP CITY's privacy and personal data protection notices.

Information necessary to prepare and deliver orders, process payments, and fulfill legal obligations may be shared with relevant service providers and authorized institutions in accordance with applicable law.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from transactions governed by applicable Turkish consumer legislation, applications may be made to the competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts, depending on the nature of the dispute and the applicable monetary thresholds.

For international sales, dispute resolution shall be assessed in accordance with applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protection provisions in the relevant countries.

Nothing in this form is intended to exclude or limit any non-waivable statutory rights the Buyer may have in their country or before another competent forum.

14. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT OBLIGATION

Before completing an order, the Buyer should review this Pre-Contractual Information Form, the order summary, product specifications, total order amount, delivery charges, and applicable return conditions.

By electronically confirming the order and completing the payment process, the Buyer acknowledges having received the pre-contractual information relating to the order.

The Buyer confirms the order with the understanding that placing the order creates a payment obligation.
